Video Conferencing Technology is helping deaf students communicate through sign language at a school in New York.
Students at Junior High 47 School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing can now sign not just between classrooms but also with any location with a similar facility. A video communications system has been installed in every classroom at the school.
